if you didn't already know, nicholas is a genius and has treated us with another fantastic balenciaga collection.
just look at that amazing tailoring
let's not leave out another fantastic collection, yohji yamamoto. both designers showed some fantastic leathers.
also some nice color mixes i spotted;
the mustard, cream silver and pale blue would layer together nicely perhaps for a scarf, the blue top with green skirt looks fantastic, the last two peach tops are just to die for.
the gray tweed from yamamoto looks so nice paired off with a black wide leg and of course some black flats.
hah, you can probably see why i had to post this one, but the jackets looks very beautiful with the bags.
btw- did anyone hate the V&R show? it was just the first few pieces for me.

It's kinda weird, but i really love everything.
i think balenciaga is always hitting the spot, very innovative designers! thier last season was such a big hit, im anxious to see what happens this following season

I love the colour combinations on the Balenciaga tops, especially the mustard/cream/grey one - simply divine.

balenciaga has been getting it right for the past few seasons. it seems like the it "look" for every season is from one of his shows: scarf and blazer, florals, gladiators, futuristic etc
The satchel from Yamamoto is lovely!
I love how Nicolas always works with clothes with their structure, almost like sculptures
I think this is Ghesquiere at his finest; The burgandy armor-like suit is so scary, it's good.
i love it all. i especially like the yamamoto look, i need those pants!

oh myy that plum pvc armour dress (surely thats the only way to describe it) is just so incredible..

oeh! those dresses above are great, i wanted to say the look like the collection from nicholas at balenciaga, but they are from him :P .. really llike the way he combinates futurism with fashion
Yamamoto is and will always be one of my very favorite designers. I bought a couple of his pieces (second hand but still pretty pricey!) and they are so perfectly made!
