at first glance, i only saw the top half of diane. i got so excited that she wore this-

but, this is a feast for the eyes too.

i think diane would look stunning in this one. but then so would you and so would i.

Wow, can I say just wow? I hadn't seen Diane's picture before, but I had seen Herzigova's and Eva looked so vulgar, and now Diane looks like a Godness, her choices are so perfect!!!

oh wowza, and i'm pretty sure i'd look like a lumpy sack in that last number... oh well.

I was just reading a couple of posts down and I see you went to a radiohead concert! that is my dream in life, but I dont think I'll be able to because in rainbows seems like it'll be their last album seeing as it was kind of a comeback from hail to the thief.

you're so lucky! i'd love to hear more about it.

by the way this is the a from dylans candy blog, but i kind of moved on... again... so yes, I have a new blog. I'd love to be linked by you!

oh god i could never be bored by radiohead! you are the only other person I know apart from my brother and his best friend who could talk about it in detail without being bored.
i think a lot of people think they're a dated and sort of elitist band, only catering to one sort of listener, so i never get to obsess with my friends about them.
my brother and his best friend (mentioned before) went to lollapalooza just to see radiohead. they got to the stage they were on at 12pm, and gradually moved to the front so that by 8pm they'd have the best views! my brother said it was the best day of his life, and during fake plastic trees, just at the bit where it 'explodes' (the technical term), some fireworks went off at someone else's stage! but at the exact moment the electric guitar kicked in.
He said the highlights were idioteque, paranoid android (obviously), jigsaw falling into place, lucky... I'm not sure what else he said.

he also said they tried to play nude while the sun was setting but it just ended up with them playing it way too early.

httt used to be my favourite album! I know a lot of people sort of found it weak in comparison to everything else, but some of their best songs are on it! 2+2=5, watd, where i end and you begin... i feel people look too deep into the songs, and while they are very deep and I'm sure there are hidden meanings, sometimes you just have to forget about that and enjoy the music. the problem with httt apparently, is that the views that thom's lyrics try to portray are muddled and end up just being lost. but while the lyrics are there for analysis, people have to respect the fact that they are also the writer's most innermost thoughts, and no one will be able to understand them.

anyway, well that was MY essay on radiohead!
i certainly hope i get to see them play, i think it would be life changing.

p.s my good guy friend who knows just how much i love radiohead had tickets, and he had a spare. He only told me the next day though, and his first choice for that spare ticket was a girl he wanted to get with. THEY AREN'T EVEN TOGETHER ANYMORE. it angers me to no end...

oy vey it's taken a while to comment you back, sorry about that!

german beer is indeed VERY GOOD. (haha, you probably don't remember asking that it's been so long. i'm such a flake when it comes to answering comments... :s) i had this great thing called a radler (said in a german accent of course) which was just beer (like heineken or something) with sprite. sooo good.

berlin was amazing, one night we went to an open air cinema in this tiny courtyard full of graffiti and deckchairs and blankets, followed by a nice old party at the adjoining club (it's also really funny because there's technically a smoking ban in public places, but after midnight they just put ashtrays in bars and people start smoking. berliners are so lax) . I fell in love with berlin after that. you should take a trip, it was amazing.
