the paint effect with vibrant, lively colors reminiscent to a fauvists' palette looks amazing.

Beautiful colours and patterns. Those W shots are pretty lovely too, but i'm not so into this "lolita trend".
I love how it's random splash of colours. Like it would be a white canvas with warm and cool colours all over it.
you know you love me,
gossip girl
Wow, love the photos, beautiful looks and beautiful mix of colors!
Ooooh!! Nice post. Lovely dresses, make you look like a walking masterpiece
Yes - you are right, the 'painted-on' effect was a big deal this season especially at Dolce e Gabbana...
What a fantastic shoot! I loved that YSL dress, and am also a bit of an Ali fan, so I'm glad that shes being casted for magazines other than Teen Vogue; those TV eds were getting tres tiresome!
And I'm so glad that you're back and blogging after your summer.

ali michael is my model obsession of the moment, but not in this shoot.
the dresses are absolutely stunning though.
jh.
this is an amazing shoot
i love all the colours and patterns in the dresses
great post
To discothèque chic : YEAH, I mean Ali was in like EVERY fucking editorial. Girl crush okay, but to such an extended....they should let some other models have their big time in Teen vogue....
I absolutely loved Chloe's collection it was spot on especially the color palette! I wish I could get my hands on some of those beautiful dresses
are you following paris at all?? would love to hear what you think of the collections...u have such a good eye.
omg beautifuls pictures , I'm totally in love with them
Oh, the vogue shoot you mean?
Yes, I'm not quite sure what the make of it. I liked the concept, but I'm not sure that it worked..
The whole harsh fem look only really works on peopple with model features, I think..

love the artistic effects
It's been ages since I blogged- glad to see that you've been more productive than me!
Lovely shoot there- sometimes I hope Vogue would whip up something like that. They're getting on my nerves with their unoriginality- and the fact that I keep buying the mag when I know it's crap!
I am in love with that first picture.
I love the painter look, especially the paint splatter affect on some of the tops at Dolce and Gabban for spring.
those photos are just gorgeous!
I WANT THAT MARNI DRESS ALI IS WEARING IN THE LAST PICTURE.
OMG I love this shoot...the clothes and the lighting is amaazzzing...
I LOVE these looks!

The mix of colours is interesting, and the looks are very cool, I love the dress Trentini is wearing!
I just finished a painting inspired by Fauvism (not knowing that post-impressionism was "in" this season). I guess great minds think alike.
Gorgeous photos. The colours where amazing
the colours in this shoot are so lovely! I immediately saved all images on my computer, something that doesn't happen quite often. Great post!
p.s. added you as a link on my blog, hope that's ok?
