Our new Miss Universe: 18 year old, Zuleyka Rivera Mendoza of Puerto Rico.

Did anyone like her evening gown? Personally, I didn't like it at all. It looked like a slinky.

I'd say the best evening gown was worn by Miss Japan. It's plain, but still pretty.

Switzerland- I just didn't find it good.

Paraguay- Just didn't look right for the moment.

USA- Just didn't like how it was shaped.

Miss Puerto Rico wore fabulous earrings.

Well that pretty much wraps it up, other than the fact that Miss USA didn't deserve to be up there in the top 5. But that's just my opinion.

crazy illusions

Pieces of clothings that gives off some kind off an illusion are very interesting to look at. They are so uniquely designed & it's brilliant!

FW06 A.F. Vandevorst: I'm not sure if I like this one. The little suit that's attached to the white top looks like it's a pouch for mini-me. (i hate the shoes. blah.)

FW06 Lanvin: The black dress blends into the grey dress as a very simple design. & that's what i love about it.

FW06 Billes Rosie: This one is my favorite. It gives off the illusion that she has a very tiny small waist. It's amazing because it really really does look like she has a very small waist with white cloth tied around it. It kinda freaks me out. But it'd be amazing to have a small waist like that :)

Does anyone listen to the red hot chili peppers? This may be late news but just thought i'd do a post on it. Well, Anthony Kiedis, the lead singer of the band has recently dated model, Jessica Stam. Before Kiedis, she dated Harrison Ford's son, Malcom. Kiedis has also dated another famous model, Heidi Klum. Seems like he has a thing for models, huh? Well the crazy thing is that Stam is only 19 and he's what.. 40 something. Old enough to be her father which is kind of gross. & in my opinion he isn't very attractive. But, I love their music!

I loveee what she's wearing. Her little green hat is soo cute and the shoes go very well with the all black outfit. hehe it looks like they're playing hide and seek.

Every one of her outfits are adorable. & she looks gorgeous no matter what.

I think the relationship between them is over now and Keidis is now dating some other girl named Heather.

Just thought I'd add this one, because she looks soo gorgeous! She definately has become one of my favorite models.

it's time to move on. Is it?

I very much admire the clothing styles of Mary-Kate. It kinda has this "i just grabbed this from my floor and put it on the last minute" look. But it looks good. To me at least. It's the vintage, boho-chic look. Leave your hair down & your face bare. It became one of the very big trends last year. A lot of the people started wearing the hippie skirts, cow boy boots, and the loose fitted shirts with floral patterns etc. So it's an old trend. aka "that's so last year"

So would you be considered "late, slow, old and not in" if you were to keep wearing this trend this summer and through fall? Well Mary-Kate seems to be still hooked on to this trend. Or is it just her Style? Or is she just not willing to move on to what's in now?

speaking of trends... I think the ballet flats & leggings must go. It's getting very old.

Natalia Vodianova wears it short and red

In my opinion, the cover is quite good. Natalia looks hauntingly beautiful with red hair and thoes blue eyes of hers. The colors in this photo are all so neutral&simple, but you notice every detail.

Thoes are some very well done black and whites. The positioning on the second one is so unique. Natalia must have some skills to hold still like that.

FW06 Shoes

Boots are one of the very big trends of Fall. There were the cowboy boots and the UGG boots from previous seasons, but thankfully they're all being replaced now with the fashionable leather knee-high boots.

FW06 VPL: I think the gray knee high socks and the white boots go so well together. It would look so cute with a shirt dress too.

his fall collection amazed me the most out of the fw06 couture collection. I just lovedd everything about his collection. The tights, the details, the colors, the coats and the dresses were so amazingly designed and unique. All of them are just so amazing to look at. I picked out some of my favorites, which was hard to do because every one of them is fabulous! Enjoy!

I love this. I think it's very rare that a long sleeved ballerina dress could actually look adorable and sexy.
